LeafyWoodland is an independent publication launched in August 2025 to provide information for the descendants of the family of John and Mary Keating who arrived in Sydney in February 1842 from Manchester, England.
John and Mary were originally from Ireland. They ended up settling in Morpeth NSW, east of Newcastle, from about 1855 with their nine children.
